We arrange delivery of our pieces throughout France and internationally, with carriers specialised in antique furniture. Frequently asked questions
Do I need an appointment to visit the gallery?
At the weekend, no: the gallery is open Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 6pm. Monday to Friday, visits are by appointment. Booking ahead lets us welcome you personally and give you the time you need.
Are the pieces shown on the site available?
Unless marked “Sold”, every piece on this site is available at the gallery. If in doubt, write to us to confirm availability before you come.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we deliver throughout Europe, to the United States and internationally via specialised carriers. Costs and lead times depend on the piece and destination: ask us for a personalised quote.
Are the pieces restored?
We favour pieces with their original patina. Some have been restored with care (consolidation, cleaning). Any restoration is noted in the description of each piece.
How do you authenticate an antique Asian piece?
Every piece sold at Galerie 55 comes with a certificate of authenticity stating its approximate dating, provenance, material and condition. Patricia personally selects each piece through her travels and from trusted antique dealers.
Can I pay in instalments?
Depending on the piece, we can look at interest-free payment in 2 or 3 instalments. Contact us to discuss it.
